In recent years we have been invited to work with an increasing number of smaller, growing businesses.

Typically employing less than 500 people and with revenues of up to 25m, these companies have often built their management teams through personal recommendation and networks. Happy to use high street agencies for junior positions, they are often wary of retaining a recruitment consultant for their senior appointments.
